A school is a place of debt for students who need special attention was to the school or college were taking and was sent to “alternative education center.” You can not be sent there because of drug or behavioral problems, but often it is not.
The school today was for students who have been completely expelled from the school system in their district. While two of them were released because of behavioral problems, and because attendance records that were so bad they lost each time, the largest proportion of these children were there because of drug abuse.
